Blizzard has published the full rundown of World of Warcraft programming at BlizzCon 2026, running September 12 and 13. Two What's Next panels, a housing deep dive, a Hardcore session and both esports Grand Finals.
Day one: Saturday, September 12
- 10:30 a.m. PDT / 18:30 BST – Opening Ceremony
- 12:00 p.m. PDT / 20:00 BST – World of Warcraft: What's Next. A first look at the next chapter of Azeroth
- 2:00 p.m. PDT / 22:00 BST – Building Cutscenes in World of Warcraft, tracing the process from storyboards through to final polish
- 2:45 p.m. PDT / 22:45 BST – World of Warcraft: What's Next II
- 3:30 p.m. PDT / 23:30 BST – Developers x Creators Showcase
- 4:45 p.m. PDT / 00:45 BST – BlizzCon Community Night
Esports on day one: MDI 2026 Grand Finals semi-finals at 12:45 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. PDT, the MDI Championship Match at 5:30 p.m. PDT, plus two Warcraft III Classic Cup showcase matches at 4:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.
Day two: Sunday, September 13
- 10:00 a.m. PDT / 18:00 BST – World of Warcraft: Deep Dive, on the systems and design behind the next journey through Azeroth
- 10:45 a.m. PDT / 18:45 BST – Housing: Crafting Coziness and Creative Freedom
- 11:45 a.m. PDT / 19:45 BST – World Building in World of Warcraft
- 1:15 p.m. PDT / 21:15 BST – Art Design
- 2:15 p.m. PDT – Design Deep Dive
- 4:15 p.m. PDT / 00:15 BST – Hardcore: What's Next
- 5:20 p.m. PDT / 01:20 BST – Closing Remarks
Esports on day two: AWC quarter-finals from 10:45 a.m. PDT, semi-finals at 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., the Grand Finals Championship Match at 5:00 p.m. and the trophy ceremony at 6:30 p.m. The combined AWC and MDI prize pool is $600,000.
Watching from home and earning rewards
Selected programming streams free for everyone, including the Opening Ceremony, major panels and esports. Musical performances are in-room only and will not be streamed.
Watch eligible Warcraft streams on Twitch or the official YouTube channel to earn in-game rewards during the show. Attendees can link a BlizzCon Pass to a Battle.net account to claim them, with a deadline of September 18, 2026.
