Gohr's Devastating Grips are the unique that defines Whirlwind Barbarian in current D4. The 75-90% increased Whirlwind damage and the pull effect every 2 seconds change how the build plays. Without them you are clearing slower and chasing packs around the map. With them you spin in place and the mobs come to you.
The gloves only drop from Torment tier content, with Lord Zir and Echo of Varshan being the cleanest target farms. Pick your Greater Affix configuration and GetBoost's pro team handles the rest.
