Negotiator's Dilemma is an endgame gear set that turns critical hits into area damage. Mark enemies, focus one, and the damage spreads. The 2-piece gives +15% crit chance. The 3-piece gives +20% crit damage. The 4-piece talent "Hostile Negotiations" spreads 60% of damage to marked enemies, and each marked kill gives +2% crit damage (stacking to 20). Chest and backpack upgrades push spread to 100% and marks to 5 enemies. Farming the full set with the right pieces takes hours of target loot runs. Our boosters run efficiently.
